Did you know that your Realtor can’t talk about most demographics in a neighborhood? The Civil
Rights Act of 1968 prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental or financing of homes. Protected classes are off limits, so you won’t find me answering questions about or discussing a person’s race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familiar status or handicap. If you’re buying or selling a home, you shouldn’t either.
